If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Important: Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

e-Visa applications already submitted to immigration authorities.

Downloadable digital products.

Gift cards.

Personalized services once processing has begun.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Only regular-priced services/products are eligible for refunds.

7. Exchanges
We only replace or adjust services if they were defective, incorrect, or not delivered as promised. If you need an exchange for the same service, contact us at Info@evisatraveler.com.
8. Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a credit for the value of your return.

If the gift giver purchased the service for themselves and later forwarded it to you, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
9. Service Returns
Since our products are primarily digital services (e-Visa applications), physical returns are not required. In exceptional cases where tangible items are involved:

Returns should be shipped to our office address (provided upon request).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
